Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our pieces and want your experience to be as smooth and supportive as possible.Furniture is final sale. All other items may be returned in-person within 7 days. Items must be in original, undamaged condition. Refunds issued as store credit.

Damaged Item Replacement

If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide us details of the defect and a picture of the original shipping container. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if needed. If you choose to pick up your item locally, the items will be inspected for damages prior to being released to you.

Custom Orders

Once confirmed via email, custom upholstery orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable, as they’re made just for you.
